I want to come
Come as you are. Stay for the good part.
Small rooms. Real people. A seat that was saved with you in mind. Pick a date, show up alone if you want to (most women do), and leave with people.
- 01Pick your room
Every date below is a real seat, not a waitlist.
- 02Come alone
Truly. We do the introductions so you don't have to.
- 03Leave with people
That's the whole point. Everything else is the excuse.

COME ALONE, LEAVE CONNECTED
Capable in public. Drowning in private.
You can run the meeting, carry the team, and show up for everybody. And still drive home from a full week with no one to call. That is not a you problem. It is a room problem. Rooms can be built.
Meet Mikosa.
They fired me from my first job out of college over a tiny St. Patrick's Day pin. Years later I rebuilt from nothing into the first home that was ever mine, in my own name. The woman who once had no room of her own now builds rooms for other women. That is the whole thing.
Meet meYou do not work the room. I already did.
Reading a room from the edges is the thing I have always done, since I was a kid getting walked into networking events and sent to find the person being left out. I make about 80 percent of the introductions in my spaces myself.
An intentional city.
Picture a city that knows its neighbors three blocks deep, on purpose. Confident enough to slow down, strong enough to carry more, laughing more than it did last year. Every room we build is one more brick. That is the actual plan.
